Camper parking

The Grand Site in the Salagou and Mourèze area is protected because of its exceptional countryside and remarkable biodiversity. Camping and caravans are forbidden.

Campers are welcome to stay during the day on the parking areas on the banks of the lake, but to stay a night in the Grand Site you must go to one of the campsites or to a special night car park.

The Grand Site is a renowned spot, so random emptying of waste can seriously affect its characteristics, instead use the draining areas in Octon, or the shores of the river in Clermont l’Hérault or le Bosc.
